GENERAL SUMMARY:

Support management team in achieving goals by providing high level customer service. Serve as a role model for building relationships with clients. Perform operational functions and implement visual changes when requested to ensure store meets brand standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in the store, making the client experience the priority

  • Build and develop client relationships

  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets

  • Effectively perform operation functions: opens and closes the store, register, and back office procedures, process online orders, process inter-stores transfers

  • Maintain visual standards, including merchandise presentation and general maintenance of the sales floor

  • Perform projects as directed by Store Manager

  • Contribute in store meetings to further/ create organizational improvements

  • Maintain an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect

  • Comply with all company policies and procedures

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

  • 2-3 years of retail sales experience or management experience in a customer service related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in luxury related industry preferred

  • Effective communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to motivate and influence others through actions and examples

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
