Jeff Goodman, Residential Real Estate Agent w Brown Harris Stevens
Jeff Goodman is a New York City real estate expert who helps clients navigate the sale and purchase of co-ops, condos, townhouses, and investment properties across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and parts of Queens and the Bronx. He specializes in maximizing sale proceeds, negotiating strong purchase terms, and guiding investors toward smart, strategic acquisitions in one of the world’s most competitive markets. Beyond real estate transactions, Jeff is deeply passionate about New York’s extraordinary neighborhoods and rich history. He brings the city to life as the host of Rediscovering New York, his long-running radio show and podcast, and through curated walking tours that showcase the stories, architecture, and character that make each neighborhood unique.

Jacqueline Seltzer, Brand Ambassador at Olympian Meeting
Jacqueline Seltzer is an accomplished meeting and events strategist with more than 20 years of experience in hospitality sales, corporate events, and strategic planning. She currently serves as an Ambassador for Olympian Meeting and a Senior Consultant with JMC Getaways, following five years as Northeast Regional Sales Director at Isenhour International. A lifelong New Yorker, Jacqueline is also an extraordinary endurance athlete. She has completed 46 marathons, including the New York City and Boston Marathons, and began running in 1980 after participating in the historic 1972 NYC Marathon protest for women’s equity in the sport. Blending professional precision with personal passion, Jacqueline brings energy, resilience, and heart to everything she does.

Joyce Gold, Joyce Gold History Tours
Joyce Gold is one of New York City’s most respected historians and tour guides, described by The New York Times as the “doyenne of city tour guides” and recognized by the New York Post as the city’s longest-serving guide, with over 50 years of experience. She taught Manhattan history for three decades at NYU and The New School and holds a Master’s degree in Metropolitan Studies from NYU. Joyce is the author of acclaimed guidebooks on Greenwich Village and the Financial District, has contributed signed entries to the Encyclopedia of New York City, and is a frequent guest speaker aboard transatlantic voyages of the Queen Mary 2
