Back After a Two Year Hiatus: 32nd Annual Children’s Halloween Parade

Manhattan Community Board 2 and New York University announce the return of the 32nd Annual Children’s Halloween Parade! This year’s theme is circus carnival, featuring live entertainment, carnival themed activities, and trick-or-treat goodie bags. 

The 32nd Annual Children’s Halloween Parade will be held on Monday, October 31, 2022, 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Families are invited to gather at the Arch in Washington Square Park at 3:00 p.m. for the start of the parade. Afterwards, goodie bags, games and performances will await the children on LaGuardia Place between West 3rd Street and Washington Square South.
