Council District 3 is home to several Business Improvement Districts (BIDs), including the Hudson Square BID, West Village BID, Garment District Alliance, HYHK Alliance, Times Square Alliance, Meatpacking BID, and Flatiron NoMad. These public/private partnerships provide enhanced services such as sanitation, beautification, and small business support to their neighborhoods.

On Wednesday, June 12, at 4:30 PM, join an online forum and Q&A session with New York City Department of Small Business Services Commissioner Kevin Kim. This event will offer an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the functions, operations, and expansion of BIDs.
