Sushi by Boū is the destination for NYC’s best 30-minute, 12-piece, $50-omakase from sushi chef David Bouhadana. The quick-service omakase concept, found underneath The Sanctuary Hotel in Midtown Manhattan and inside Jue Lan Club in Chelsea, was conceptualized by Master Sushi Chef David Bouhadana and hospitality mavens Michael Sinensky and Erika London. Sinensky and London have worked as a team for over a decade, creating nightlife institutions in NYC ranging from SideBAR in Union Square to Hudson Terrace in Midtown West. The two tapped Bouhadana who honed his craft in Japan and made a splash in NYC at Sushi Dojo and Sushi on Jones. The trio then focused on finding underutilized spaces within existing establishments, quickly transforming them into sexy sushi speakeasies, complete with their own fully-stocked bar, an intimate sushi counter and distinctly exclusive vibe.
